Produced Coach, a hands-on sports science exhibition for the Brighouse (Main) Branch, and created an accompanying website for kids to explore the fun of science. They interviewed more than twenty Olympic athletes and coaches and put together stunning displays and fun activities for kids and adults.

Provided extra licenses so visitors have free online access to newspapers from around the world in full-colour, full-page format at our World Newspapers room. This great service can also be accessed from home. Log in with a library card number and PIN (last four digits of your phone number).
Supported the International Living Room concept to visitors and Richmond residents. Gave advice on promotion and trained library staff in customer service to visitors to Richmond. Volunteer Richmond screened, interviewed, selected and trained over a dozen volunteers for the International Living Room.
