Library cards are free for residents of British Columbia – in fact BC OneCards are available and can be used in public libraries province-wide. Fill out this form and bring one piece of identification (with your current address) to any branch of the Richmond Public Library to receive your card. If you live outside of British Columbia a user fee will be required when you pick up your library card. Kids of any age can get a library card!
