OFF THE ROAD: Ian McIntyre, 19, enjoys a ride at the city's newest facility, Skateboard Park. After five years of planning and lobbying, McIntyre and others finally saw their dream come true when the park, located off the north dike on Lynas Lane, was opened Saturday.
