Navy League Cadets and Sea Cadets

Richmond/South Delta Youth Internship Program

Royal Canadian Army Cadets
2947-12 Service battalion welcomes boys and girls ages 12-18, to gain confidence and leadership skills. Meet Wednesday, 7-9:30 p.m. at the Col. Sherman Armories No. 4 and Alderbridge. Drop ins welcome. Info. call Major Appelton at 420-7711.


692 Air Canada Air Cadet Squadron

Interact Club

Leadership Training
Offered through the Thompson Community Centre for youths ages 13 to 17. Info: 272-5338.


Teen Bereavement Support Group
Group for those between 12 and 18 who have lost a friend or family member. Group meets at Caring Place, 7000 Minoru Blvd. 7-9 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of every month, led by a trained facilitator from the Richmond Hospice Association. Call 279-7140.


Teen Challenge Car Market
Shellmont Plaza, 11080 Williams Rd. every Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sellers can donate $5 per day or $10 for two days. All proceeds go to B.C. Teen Challenge to fund anti-drug programs. Info: 241-4774.
