The following is The Review's weekly list of the names of those convicted of criminal code, narcotics control act and motor vehicle act offences in Richmond provincial court. In the case of error, a correction will be printed in this space.

June 15

Russell Ross Black, 19, received a nine-month term of probation for possession of stolen property.

June 16

Zeki Gulsen, 42, was fined $250 for driving without due care and attention (under the Motor Vehicle Act).

Faruk Mohamedali Tejani, 43, received a conditional discharge and a one-year term of probation.

June 17

Janice Irene Humenny, 29, received a nine month suspended sentence for theft under $5,000.

David Racz, 19, was fined $750 and is prohibited from driving for one year for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.

Suzanne Yat Louie, 71, received a one-year term of probation for theft under $5,000.

Janice Irene Webb, 39, received a nine-month term of probation for theft under $5,000.

Alexandru Radacina, 20, was sentenced to seven months in jail, received a two-year term of probation and is prohibited from possessing a firearm for 10 years for two counts of robbery. He was also sentenced to one-month in jail and is prohibited from possessing a firearm for 10 years for assault.

Timothy Tosh Osaka, 24, received a conditional discharge and an eight-month term of probation.

June 21

Amritpal Singh Basi, 23, was fined $500 and is prohibited from driving for one year for driving while over the .08 blood/alcohol limit. He was also sentenced to five days in jail for resisting a peace officer.

Deborah Ann M. Carlisle, 41, received an 18-month term of probation for theft under $5,000.

Pamela Dawn Mann, 41, received a conditional discharge and a one-year term of probation.

Leah Elizabeth Thom, 21, received a conditional discharge and a six-month term of probation.

Reynold Nirlesh Verma, 23, received a one year and 364 day conditional sentence and a three-year term of probation for breaking and entering.

June 23

Keith Francis Hunt, 51, was fined $500 and is prohibited from driving for one year for driving while over the .08 blood/alcohol limit.
