Richmond Family Place

Strong Start Centres
A free drop-in early learning program for preschool-aged children attending with their parents or caregivers. Offered in many BC school districts, including Richmond.

Touchstone Family Association
Provides counselling programs for children and families, as well as drop-in programs offering groups for parents and children up to six years old in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
