An official tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $10.00 and over.

BOOK DONATIONS
Thank you very much for wanting to donate your good quality books to the Richmond Public Library. It's terrific that you thought of us. We appreciate your generosity and hope that you will continue to use the Library.You can drop off your donations in the Donation slot inside the Brighouse (Main) Branch and at the Ironwood, Steveston and Cambie branches during regular business hours. Please do NOT leave your donations at the loading bay or anywhere outside the library. We regret that we cannot accept any magazine donations except National Geographic.
Please note that the Friends of the Library will no longer accept any electronic media donations EXCEPT for books on tape (audiobooks). This means no video, DVD, CD music, or CD-ROM donations will be accepted.
Any donations not added to the collection will be given to our Friends of the Library for their book sales, with proceeds to benefit the Library. Either way, your donations are put to good use! Thank you again for supporting the Library!
