Renewing

All items can be renewed for a maximum of two times their full loan period unless a hold exists on the item by another customer. Exceptions listed below:

• 3 Day Loan DVDs, & Rapid View DVDs
• Nintendo Switch Games
• Lucky Day
• Book Club Sets
• Interlibrary Loans
• Kids Science Kits
• Theme Bags & Boxes
• Hamilton Book Dispenser items
• Minoru Book Dispenser items – Temporarily closed / Unavailable

Renew Online or Renew at the Library

To Renew Online
Login to your online account with your library card number and PIN.

To Renew at the Library
Bring your item(s) to the library and use either the Account Desk or self-checkout machines to renew.

You will NOT be able to renew if…

• • there is a hold on the item
  • the item is a non-renewable item (please see above list of exceptions)
  • you have reached the maximum amount of renewals
  • If you have a billed item (21 days overdue) on your account
  • if you have more than $10 in late fines
