Partner Program Proposal

Welcome to the Richmond Public Library's Partner Program Proposal page. Before signing up, your organization understands that:

Any minors under the age of 14 should be partnered with an adult.
Richmond Public Library is unable to provide display or stationary supplies.
Promotional material (i.e. posters, brochures, signs) should also include an English translation, if another language is being used.
Richmond Public Library reserves the right to decline requests depending on operational needs.

Your organization agrees:

Not to engage in fundraising, election campaigning, and religious or volunteer recruitment.
Not to collect personal information.
Not to promote fee-based programming.
To comply with the library's Code of Conduct.
To contact a Richmond Public Library staff member immediately, should any concerns arise during their visit.

PLEASE NOTE

  • All events and programs at the library are free and open to all members of the public. An active library card (or institutional library card) may be required for registration.
  • Program length is between 60-90 minutes, room capacity is 35-40 in theatre style seating.
  • Library staff will get back to you to let you know if your proposal is accepted and provide further details.
  • The library reserves the right to decline proposals.
  • Richmond Public Library does not rent rooms for presentations, private group meetings or workshops.
